I have a modern house with a flat, commercial type PVC roof (Duro-Last single ply membrane).  It is a bright, reflective white material when new, but had darkened considerably over 7 years without cleaning.  Casey, Gino and team from Roof Magic did a fantastic job with it.  I shared my warranty information and they made sure to stick to the manufacturer's requirements for cleaning agent and techniques.  Because the black gunk was tightly adherent and in layers, they kept at it, and soon, miraculously, the roof was beautifully restored.  I'm sure my AC is working less with the clean roof, and the PVC surface condition looks great.  Throughout, communication was quick and clear. I have never had a better experience with a service company or contractor.  I'm eager to have them back for more regular maintenance of the roof moving forward. Very happy with the service from Texas Roof Magic.  Very professional, courteous and complete with pictures before and after.  My roof was in bad shape after 35 years of the Texas Summers beating down on it, And after about 90 minutes of treatment with the scientific formula, my roof looks brand new!!
